Please be careful when trying on your pieces, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition as you received them. If the return does not comply with our policies, it will not be accepted.
– You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return an item.
– Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with the label and a copy of the original invoice.
– The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
– Once the garment has been checked, an exchange or refund of the cost of the garment can be made.

For international returns, you must request the process with our Shipping department by writing to email@example.com or you can contact us via WhatsApp or call +573142740621 (Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm). We will then tell you how to return the product. This process can take between 24 and 48 hours.
Once your return has been accepted, you will be refunded according to the payment method you used. This may take up to 30 days to become effective, depending on your payment service provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
